This guy was a tourist, not a street performer. He showed up with two friends, looked over the edge to make sure he'd land in water if he fell, then handed his camera to one friend. I thought he was just going to stand up on it, but when I realized he was setting up for a handstand, I quickly snapped this picture with my favorite Portland bridge in the background.
