Not that kind of drive by.

SoWa got hammered today because Portland doesn’t having enough money to finish projects they promised to developers.

I took my little Flip Ultra out and did a drive by, recording most of this through the moon roof in my car.

Fiscal issues aside, I like South Waterfront and I think Sam Adams view on transportation is good for Portland.
